Senior Real Estate Solicitor Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join our partnership team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will become a partner in a top‑100 UK law firm, working on high‑value commercial property matters and helping to grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise landlords, tenants, developers, investors and commercial occupiers on a wide range of real‑estate matters.
• Manage complex acquisitions and disposals, landlord‑tenant negotiations, investment transactions, secured lending and development projects.
• Lead business‑development initiatives, network with industry contacts and maintain strong client relationships to drive practice growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Established reputation and a robust professional network with a demonstrable client following.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership ability and a track record of developing client relationships.

• Commercial property law.
