About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Birmingham, focusing on the Accountancy & Finance market. You will work in a hybrid environment, building strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clients in the accountancy and finance sector.
• Source, attract and engage high‑quality finance professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the local market.
• Consistently deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Birmingham Professional Services team.

• Previous experience recruiting within the Accountancy & Finance sector.
• Commercially minded and results‑driven.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients and candidates.
