Senior Residential Conveyancer – £55k + Bonus (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our growing Manchester office. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and a competitive salary of £55,000 plus bonus, within an award‑winning, people‑focused firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a busy residential conveyancing portfolio end‑to‑end, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, shared ownership, new build and BSA work.
• Provide informal supervision and support to junior colleagues and support staff as the senior on‑site presence.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across offices to ensure smooth case progression.
• Contribute to the natural growth of the Manchester team as workload increases.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified with SRA, CLC or CILEX.
• Self‑sufficient, reliable and comfortable working autonomously in a non‑micromanaged environment.
• Business development or networking experience is a plus but not required.

• Residential conveyancing (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, shared ownership, new build, BSA).
