Senior Sales – Fund Services to Asset Managers

About the role

This senior sales position is based in London and focuses on selling fund services—including custody, BPO, trust and related solutions—to asset managers. You will generate new business, manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal product, operations, delivery and IT teams to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with target asset management firms.
• Create and execute sales plans to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead cross‑selling initiatives for existing clients.
• Represent the company at market and industry events to generate leads.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of sales experience in fund services or investor services, preferably with asset managers.
• Proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• Self‑motivated “hunter” mentality with a positive attitude.
• European language skills are a plus.
