Senior SEO Consultant

About the role

Searchable is building a new AI‑powered search category and needs a senior professional to shape its SEO and AEO strategy. You will work closely with the Head of AEO/SEO, product, engineering and go‑to‑market teams to help enterprise clients succeed on emerging AI search surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse prompts, citations and visibility patterns across AI systems.
• Translate insights into actionable SEO/AEO strategies and experiments.
• Own end‑to‑end SEO and AEO strategy for a portfolio of medium to enterprise clients, from audit to roadmap and ongoing optimisation.
• Lead client calls, quarterly business reviews and strategic reviews with confidence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence platform development based on real‑world learnings.
• Research how large language models retrieve and surface information.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in SEO/GEO agency environments.
• Strong foundation in technical SEO, content strategy and overall SEO planning.
• Curiosity about AI search, AEO or GEO and comfort working with data and ambiguity.
• Hands‑on mindset and desire to help define this emerging space.
