Senior Tax Advisor – Wealth & Asset Management (London/Manchester)

About the role

EY’s Financial Services Tax team is expanding its Private Capital practice and is looking for a Senior Tax Advisor to support asset‑management clients across the UK. You will work on multi‑country projects, advising on fund structuring, corporate tax and a range of wealth‑management tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advice on fund tax, international tax, UK corporation tax, income tax and capital gains tax for asset‑management clients.
• Manage long‑term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with EY teams in the UK and internationally to deliver integrated tax solutions.
• Engage with HM Revenue & Customs and external stakeholders such as legal firms and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising asset‑management clients, including exposure to international tax matters.
• Professional tax qualification (CTA, CA/ICAS, ACA, ATT or equivalent).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
