Senior Tax Assistant – Personal Tax (East Kilbride)

About the role

PMB Taxation Services is seeking a full‑time Senior Tax Assistant to join its East Kilbride office. The role focuses on personal tax compliance and preparation, delivering accurate and timely solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit personal tax returns, including self‑assessment, capital gains and CIS filings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tax legislation and ensure client compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated tax and accounting services.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation for all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax compliance and preparation.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills for internal teamwork and client interaction.
• Relevant professional qualification (CTA, ATT, CA, ACCA or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
