Senior Training Specialist – AGI-DS

About the role

Amazon is investing heavily in generative AI and the responsible development of large language models. The Senior Training Specialist for the AGI‑DS organization will design and deliver blended learning experiences, ensuring trainees acquire the skills needed to support cutting‑edge AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training following approved curricula and maintain theoretical proficiency.
• Manage classroom environments to ensure organized, productive learning.
• Evaluate trainee performance daily, provide coaching, and relay feedback to the Training Manager.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) – enrolment, scheduling, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Collect and analyse training effectiveness data through surveys and observations.
• Communicate progress and needs to stakeholders and document process improvements.
• Support the Training Manager with delegated tasks to drive training delivery across the team.

Required profile

• Experience in Learning & Development or course facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work the shift of Monday‑Friday 17:30‑21:30.
