Senior Vehicle Technician – KIA (Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our KIA dealership in Milton Keynes. You will deliver high‑quality technical and diagnostic services, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and diagnostic service to customers, achieving and surpassing productivity goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and complete all required manufacturer training.
• Uphold company and KIA quality standards in all work.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with vehicle health‑check processes.

Required profile

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification (minimum).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in inspection, repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership is preferred.
• MOT Tester qualification is advantageous.

• Basic salary £33,200 with OTE £47,000 and a three‑month earnings guarantee of £44,000.
