Senior Vice President of Sales

About the role

Silent Eight is a leading RegTech company that uses AI to fight financial crime. We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales to shape and execute our global sales strategy, drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across continents.

Key responsibilities

• Define, present and secure approval for sales, presales and marketing targets with the CEO.
• Design and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Lead, mentor and coach a worldwide team of sales professionals and sales engineers.
• Launch sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase market penetration and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and finance to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Analyse sales data, forecast trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles with a proven record of delivering global revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen in the RegTech or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30‑50% of the time).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
• Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or Force Management.
• Ability to design data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies, including territory design and quota setting.
