SEO Executive – eCommerce Focus

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Executive to join a fast‑growing UK retail brand with a strong eCommerce presence. You will support the delivery of the company’s SEO strategy across multiple online stores, driving organic growth and improving search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and develop on‑page optimisation plans.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements.
• Analyse backlinks and execute link‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing and development teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, preferably on eCommerce sites.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and analytical skills with commercial awareness.
