SEO Manager – Organic Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to build and own the organic acquisition channel for ThreatSpike, a fast‑growing cybersecurity platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape strategy, execute end‑to‑end SEO initiatives and link organic performance directly to pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own keyword strategy and competitor analysis to identify winning opportunities.
• Design and implement an organic content strategy that drives rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Create and optimise high‑performing pages, blogs and supporting assets.
• Manage on‑page and technical SEO, including site structure, internal linking, metadata, schema and performance.
• Collaborate with the Senior Web Developer on crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals and redirects.
• Treat SEO as a full‑funnel growth channel, connecting traffic to leads, pipeline and revenue.
• Expand ThreatSpike’s presence across GEO, AEO and LLM‑driven search environments.
• Own reporting, analyse performance insights and continuously optimise the channel.
• Integrate organic insights into the broader demand‑generation strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with clear ownership and measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO expertise and deep understanding of keyword research and SERP dynamics.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Experience writing and briefing content that ranks and converts.
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue impact.
• Ability to work independently in‑house.
• Awareness of emerging search trends such as GEO, AEO and LLM‑driven results.
