About the role

Our client, a leading specialist law firm, is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1‑6 years PQE to join its growing Serious Injury team. This role offers the chance to manage your own personal injury caseload while supporting senior colleagues on high‑value, complex claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload appropriate to experience and qualification.
• Assist on complex and high‑value serious injury claims.
• Deliver excellent client service throughout each case lifecycle.
• Work proactively to meet performance objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Serious Injury team.
• Support the growth and reputation of the department and wider business.
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status.
• 1‑6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Solid background in personal injury litigation.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous use of case management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
• Flexibility to travel when required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
