As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of pension administration services for our public sector clients, driving operational success and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Missions principales

• Oversee the seamless execution of pension administration services for public sector clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory compliance, and high standards of client satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and systems.
• Manage key client relationships and participate in tender processes (RFPs).
• Monitor financial performance, including billing, profitability, and resource management.
• Support HR functions by contributing to talent attraction, training, and staff retention.
• Contribute to strategic change projects and organizational transformation.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in service delivery management, ideally within the pensions, insurance, or financial services sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
