Service & Warehouse Operative – Edinburgh

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Service & Warehouse Operative to join its Edinburgh branch. You will support the Service Manager in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, ensuring customer stocks are prepared and dispatched efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer stocks for route delivery, including mats, rolls, sanitary and nappy bins.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Collaborate with drivers and management to meet delivery schedules.
• Pack, sort, and segregate various customer items daily.
• Maintain an organised, safe, and efficient work area.
• Focus on meeting customer service expectations.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Organised, self‑motivated and reliable.
• Clear communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required.
