About the role
The Showroom Administrator supports the Showroom Manager in delivering a seamless, high‑standard experience for clients in a luxury jewellery environment. You will ensure all administrative processes run smoothly, maintain security compliance, and occasionally assist on the sales floor while deepening your product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Process showroom paperwork and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures.
- Manage security and administrative obligations to protect client and inventory data.
- Support the Showroom Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Assist sales staff on the floor when needed, providing product information and client service.
- Continuously update jewellery and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury retail environments.
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team‑player mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
