Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors at Porsche Centre West London. You will welcome customers, guide them through the showroom and support the sales and after‑sales teams while ensuring a pristine environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors promptly and professionally, offering a warm welcome.
• Guide customers around the showroom, answer questions about vehicles, features and promotions.
• Direct enquiries to the appropriate department and manage incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing showroom, including vehicle arrangement and product displays.
• Provide refreshments and keep waiting areas stocked and tidy.
• Collect customer feedback and report any concerns to improve the experience.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and support sales and after‑sales teams as needed.
• Participate in hosting events and special promotions.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Background in hospitality, retail, reception or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer database systems.

• Part‑time (36 hours) shift pattern, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑6 pm, Saturday required.
• £13.85 per hour plus a 10 % monthly bonus.
