Site Supervisor – Fire Protection Projects

About the role

Join an award‑winning fire protection business and take ownership of site delivery across complex projects. You will work alongside an experienced project team to ensure high‑quality, safe installations for leading clients in critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, subcontractors and clients to resolve installation issues.
• Maintain quality standards and support successful project delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and site scheduling.
• Monitor site compliance, documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision.
• Previous experience in project delivery or project management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Strong understanding of health & safety processes, site compliance and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Required skills

• SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Supervisor Card.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
