SMART Repair Technician – Vehicle Refurbishment

About the role

Sytner Solihull is seeking a skilled SMART Repair Technician to join its dedicated team. You will perform high‑quality repairs on a range of vehicles, ensuring they are ready for resale or delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Refurbish painted alloy wheels to factory finish.
• Renovate used cars, including bodywork and interior restoration.
• Repair scratches, scuffs, dents and minor panel damage.
• Perform windscreen chip and abrasion repairs.
• Carry out general interior refurbishment tasks.
• Meet set timescales while maintaining a high level of quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician (essential).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
