Software Engineer, Agent (Spanish speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and ship production‑grade AI agents that power customer‑facing experiences for large enterprises and innovative startups. The role involves full ownership of the Agent Development Life Cycle, direct collaboration with customers, and shaping the future of our AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑performance, reliable AI agents that run in production across finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the end‑to‑end Agent Development Life Cycle, from pilot to continuous iteration and scaling.
• Partner with enterprise leaders and cutting‑edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents into their operations.
• Provide feedback to the core platform team, prototype new tools, and influence product roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
