Software Engineer – Defence Tech (C#, Python, Java)

About the role

We are a growing defence‑tech consultancy looking for software engineers to build scalable, modern applications for defence and national security organisations. You will work on challenging, high‑impact problems in small, agile teams, delivering secure, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services using C#, Python, Java, C++ or Rust.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Build frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL databases and modern web frameworks.
• Deploy and operate applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Required profile

• Enjoy solving complex, challenging systems.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and adaptability.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Eligibility for UK SC‑level security clearance.
• Experience in defence or secure environments is a plus.
