About the role
As a member of the Reapit Training Team you will design, deliver and optimise training programmes for our estate‑agency software customers and new internal colleagues. You will ensure training standards are met while supporting the operational success of our top clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver face‑to‑face and online learning material for clients and new Reapit staff.
- Conduct basic and complex training needs analyses.
- Maintain accurate manual and online training records.
- Work with the Top 15 customers to create bespoke training plans and measure success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training initiatives.
- Travel intermittently as required.
Required profile
- 3–5 years proven experience delivering both face‑to‑face and online training, preferably in CRM or estate‑agency software.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver structured training programmes.
- Strong understanding of training needs analysis and learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of UK estate‑agency operations and compliance is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Learning Management System (LMS) for delivery, tracking and evaluation.
- Experience using e‑learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or Articulate 360.
- High digital literacy and ability to leverage technology and data to enhance training effectiveness.
