About the role
Solution Architect role focused on remote implementation across the UK, Netherlands and Spain, guiding customers to leverage software for their business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers on how to best leverage the software to meet their business goals.
- Support customers in evaluating system design choices and during partner‑led implementations.
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop new capabilities.
- Coach solution advisors on functional matters.
Required profile
- In‑depth understanding of core commercial processes between CPG/FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
- Knowledge of promotional planning, pricing, trade spend planning, volume forecasting, S&OP, accruals and claims, and activity evaluation.
- Experience with TPM systems, ERP systems and SaaS systems.
