About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading specialist leasehold teams as a Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer. You will manage a high‑volume caseload of lease extensions, enfranchisement claims and Right to Manage matters while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle lease extension transactions from initial client instruction through to completion.
• Lead enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Supervise and train junior staff on leasehold procedures and best practice.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues across the wider department.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide clear client updates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement and Right to Manage work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers or trainees.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in leasehold law.
