Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation Products (North West)

About the role

This is a field‑sales position focused on selling a high‑quality range of ventilation products and systems to the new‑build market across the North West. You will work primarily with M&E consultants, specifiers, housebuilders and contractors on projects ranging from £50k to £500k.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ventilation products to new‑build projects such as apartments, student accommodation, hotels, care homes and housing developments.
• Generate new business relationships with M&E consultants, specifiers, housebuilders and M&E contractors.
• Manage the sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets and secure commissions on each sale.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecast future business.

Required profile

• Proven specification sales experience with technical products such as ventilation, plumbing & heating, boilers, electrical systems, air‑conditioning, building services, mechanical engineering, piping systems or heat pumps.
• Existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with M&E consultants.
• Highly organised, team‑player with a strong focus on generating new business.

• Salary £45,000‑£60,000 per year plus uncapped commission (1.5% of sales paid monthly).
