About the role

Jubilee Hospitality is recruiting Stadia Chefs of all levels to work on matchdays and event days at major stadium and venue sites across Manchester. This fast‑paced, high‑volume catering role is ideal for chefs who thrive under pressure and enjoy the excitement of live events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for large crowds during matchdays and events.
• Deliver dishes within tight service windows.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure smooth operation of the stadium kitchen.
• Adapt to varying shift patterns based on fixture schedules.

Required profile

• Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs or Head Chefs with experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchens.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict service timelines.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and around fixture schedules.
• Reliability and strong team ethic.
• Right to work in the UK.
