Static Electrical Engineer – Midlands (Annualised Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Static Electrical Engineer to join our team on a permanent, annualised‑hours basis in the Midlands. The role offers a stable annual salary with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through generous overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems and critical infrastructure.
• Carry out testing, inspection and fault‑finding in commercial and industrial settings.
• Ensure compliance with the 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• Work flexible start and finish times to meet operational demands.

Required profile

• Extensive time‑served experience as a qualified electrical engineer.
• Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365/2330).
• Current 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification.
• Flexibility to work varying hours.
• HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) certification is highly desirable.
