About the role

Reiss is seeking experienced retail leaders to manage its London stores. Whether you are a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets and overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide personalised, high‑quality customer experiences.
• Manage overall store operations, performance and long‑term goals.
• Control stock levels, minimise loss and implement merchandising standards.
• Oversee recruitment, talent retention and conduct performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar retail management role with a track record of improving business performance.
• Strong people‑management skills, able to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
