Store Manager – Design‑Led Lifestyle Retailer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a flagship store in central London for a design‑focused lifestyle retailer. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, customer‑centric experience while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Inspire, lead and develop a dedicated team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation and store layout.
• Manage stock control, staffing rotas, compliance and health & safety procedures.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store reflects the company’s values and aesthetic.

Required profile

• Proven experience at Store Manager level within retail.
• Passion for lifestyle sectors such as fashion, interiors, wellness or gifting.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as required.
