About the role

As the Store Manager for the Next location on Church Street, you will lead a busy Costa Coffee outlet, delivering excellent customer experiences and driving business performance. You will be responsible for the overall success of the store, balancing operational excellence with team development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of customer service and achieve strong NPS scores.
• Manage sales, profit, and cost targets to meet business objectives.
• Maintain store appearance and create an inviting environment for repeat visits.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Oversee inventory, stock control and health & safety compliance.
• Engage with the local community to attract new customers.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing retail or hospitality teams.
• Ability to think strategically while handling day‑to‑day operational details.
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to store growth.
• Strong brand ambassador with a focus on maintaining high standards.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of making quick decisions.
