Strategy & GTM Operations Lead – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy & GTM Operations lead to own the frameworks, systems and strategy that keep our revenue engine running across Europe. You will partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business goals into scalable processes, ensure data accuracy, and design initiatives that accelerate deals and improve predictability.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to Europe‑wide GTM strategy across marketing, advisor programs, ICP definition, forecasting, pipeline generation and headcount planning.
• Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting and renewal workflows.
• Design automations that surface next‑best actions, improve follow‑up discipline and drive deal velocity.
• Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
• Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the tech stack as the organization scales.
• Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards.
• Pilot and iterate initiatives quickly to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations or related roles at a high‑growth company.
• Hands‑on ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting and post‑sale processes.
• Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and a solid grasp of SQL or a willingness to learn.
• Thrives in high‑intensity, high‑autonomy environments with a high sense of agency.
