About the role
We are seeking an experienced Student Support Manager to co‑lead a dual‑post service that enhances student success from enrolment through graduation. Working from our London office, you will share leadership with another manager to provide consistent, student‑centred support across the UK and India.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Student Support Officers delivering onboarding, attendance monitoring, welfare, progression tracking and communications.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations while maintaining visibility of the broader student journey.
- Manage complex cases such as complaints, appeals and refunds to ensure a professional experience.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities for intervention.
- Collaborate with academic, careers, wellbeing and central support functions to provide seamless student services.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, performance metrics and service standards.
Required profile
- Proven people‑leadership experience within student services or higher education.
- Strong commitment to student success and ability to remove barriers to learning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
Required skills
- Data analysis and reporting to monitor engagement, retention and satisfaction.
- Experience with student information systems and communication platforms.
