About the role

Join the iconic Tommy Hilfiger store on Liverpool Street as a Summer Sales Associate. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering a first‑class experience to customers in a fast‑paced, fashion‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Act as the first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving queries.
• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador.
• Assist customers with outfit building and product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and communicate product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain shop and stockroom presentation, organization, and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and act with purpose on the shop floor.
• Ownership mindset and decision‑making capability.
