Supervising Social Worker – Outstanding Ofsted

About the role
We are seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join an independent fostering agency that has achieved an Outstanding rating from Ofsted. The position is based in the West Midlands and offers flexible home‑working to support a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a small caseload of 10‑13 foster families in the West Midlands.
- Provide support, guidance and safeguarding oversight to foster carers.
- Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with external agencies and professionals as required.
- Maintain a manageable workload with no Form Fs required.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker.
- Experience working in fostering.
- Full driving licence.
