Supervisor – Traffic Management (Technology)

About the role

Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking a Supervisor – Traffic Management (Technology) to lead the delivery of technology‑related works on the National Highways South West contract. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee operational teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient execution of traffic management and related activities across the Bristol area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operational teams and subcontractors delivering technology works.
• Take ownership of traffic management arrangements for all planned, routine, winter and emergency works.
• Monitor productivity, quality and KPI performance, producing weekly cost and value reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify compliance, review RAMS and Road Space applications.
• Manage plant, fleet and equipment to optimise usage and minimise damage.
• Support training and development of operatives in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in highways, infrastructure or traffic management.
• Strong knowledge of traffic management operations, Road Space applications and RAMS.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (desirable 12A/B, 12C, 12D, T7 qualifications).
