Supply Chain Engineering Graduate

About the role

Join the Supply Chain Engineering team as a Graduate and help design and implement efficient logistical processes for new product introductions. You will work on optimizing and automating operations while developing scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless end‑to‑end supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and digital tools to improve logistics performance and data visibility.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to boost efficiency, productivity, and safety across the value stream.
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Power Apps, Databricks and related tools.
• Automate data collection and integration from multiple systems, working independently or as part of a team.

Required profile

• Valid Right to Work in the UK for the duration of a 2‑year fixed‑term contract.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to research, learn new programming skills and software as needed.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into real‑world applications.
• Confidence interacting with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
