Supply Chain Specialist – Global Services

About the role

Boeing is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join its Global Services team in Heston, UK. You will act as a key liaison between multiple BGS programs and global warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring smooth aftermarket warehousing processes and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as cross‑functional liaison between BGS programs and global warehousing/logistics.
• Provide direction and execution for aftermarket warehousing business operations.
• Facilitate communication, planning and projects for international third‑party logistics warehouses.
• Respond to customer supply‑chain inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution.
• Collect and process supplier and customer data on products, services, warehouse capabilities and capacity.
• Manage warehouse operations—including inventory, receiving and outbound shipping—to meet KPI targets.
• Lead analysis of supplier/customer data regarding repair capabilities, capacity and configuration‑change impacts.
• Identify supply‑chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in supply‑chain logistics, preferably in a high‑volume transaction environment.
• Proven experience using SAP software.
• Strong data‑analytics abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
