Supply Teacher – Flexible Opportunities in Redbridge

About the role
We are looking for qualified Supply Teachers to join our flexible, ad‑hoc network in Redbridge. You will be able to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, start immediately and choose the days that suit you.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for various year groups.
- Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage active participation.
- Build rapport with pupils and staff to support a supportive school atmosphere.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Adaptability to teach across different year groups and schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude.
- Positive mindset and enthusiasm for making a difference.
