About the role

Reeson Education is partnering with several Good and Outstanding secondary schools in Harrow to build a local pool of qualified Supply Teachers. The role offers guaranteed daily work throughout the academic year, providing a stable income while retaining the flexibility of supply teaching.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons that have been planned by the regular class teacher.
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to multi‑cultural and inclusive school settings.
  • Participate in any required professional development sessions.

Required profile

  • Qualified secondary teacher, able to teach across a range of subjects.
  • Flexible and able to respond to changing school needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff.
  • Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time on a preferred, guaranteed basis.
