Main Missions

• Lead, mentor, and empower the support team to deliver excellence in care.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of service quality.
• Place clients at the heart of all service decisions, focusing on individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Manage operational risks and ensure strict adherence to GDPR and data protection protocols.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and service growth.
• Provide flexible leadership, including availability for weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a social care or healthcare environment.
• Deep understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Strong commitment to person-centered care and safeguarding.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage risks and compliance effectively.
