Surface Repair Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Surface Repair Technician to join our restoration team, delivering high‑quality paint and glass repairs on construction sites across commercial and residential projects. The role is full‑time, PAYE employed and based on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Match and mix architectural paints to exact specifications.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint using professional spray equipment.
• Polish, restore and repair glass components, including windows, doors and curtain walls.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Maintain tools, uniform and company‑provided mobile equipment.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS or equivalent construction card.
• Full driving licence.
• Customer‑focused attitude with pride in delivering quality work.
• Willingness to work on construction sites; experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Paint matching and mixing.
• Architectural paint preparation and spray application.
• Glass polishing, restoration and repair techniques.
• Site surveying, inspection and reporting.
