Systems Administrator – NHS Scotland (Fixed‑term 2 years)

About the role

This fixed‑term position supports the National System for Sexual Health (NASH) within NHS Lothian. You will provide both technical and administrative assistance to ensure the system is developed, implemented and maintained effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for NASH, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate communication and actions between NHS Lothian and external partner agencies regarding IT systems.
• Assist with the planning and rollout of system updates and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and provide administrative backing for system‑related projects.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in providing IT support within a healthcare or public sector environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
