Talent Acquisition Expert - Tech & Product

About the role

Malt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to partner with its CTO, CPO and senior leadership in building the next generation of Engineering, Data and Product teams. The role sits within the People team in London and focuses on high‑stakes, senior‑level searches while continuously improving hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP and C‑level stakeholders to translate business goals into hiring priorities and define role scopes.
• Lead complex searches for senior, staff, principal and lead positions, creating and nurturing long‑term talent pipelines.
• Drive structured evaluation, calibration and data‑informed decision‑making for hiring managers.
• Enhance tools, workflows and automation (e.g., Lever) to boost hiring velocity and visibility.
• Provide market intelligence, identify friction points and propose solutions to balance speed, talent density and diversity.
• Act as a trusted partner on org design, ensuring each hire supports long‑term organizational health.

Required profile

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, primarily in Tech & Product environments.
• Proven track record leading senior‑level searches and partnering with C‑level leaders.
• Business‑minded, analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruiting.
• Structured, grounded, high‑standard professional with low ego.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
