Talent Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Coordinator supports the end‑to‑end hiring journey for MAG’s airport operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Based at Manchester Airport, the role works flexibly in a hybrid model and may occasionally support recruitment at East Midlands and London Stansted.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and locations.
• Manage high‑volume and niche recruitment campaigns, including seasonal, graduate and frontline hiring.
• Set up and facilitate assessment centres and provide feedback to participants.
• Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms and screen CVs.
• Share interview schedules, venue details and regular recruitment updates with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with Right‑to‑Work and GDPR policies.
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents and support recruitment events and branding initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in an airport or large‑scale organisation.
• Confident using an Applicant Tracking System and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to support occasional recruitment needs at other airport sites.
