Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment

About the role

Edenity is seeking a Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end delivery and client relationships for tech hiring. You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership of early‑stage ventures and globally recognised brands, shaping recruitment strategy rather than simply executing briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Own candidate delivery from sourcing through placement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships with founders and leadership teams.
• Manage and progress candidates with a high‑quality, thoughtful approach.
• Leverage AI and recruitment tooling to eliminate repetitive tasks and focus on judgement and impact.
• Help clients unlock new hiring strategies and channels.
• Contribute to positioning Edenity as a go‑to partner for organisational design.
• Support technical hiring across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.
• Drive events and community initiatives as a core pipeline source.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Up to 5 years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on trust and high‑context communication.
• Desire to move away from KPI‑heavy, transactional recruitment models.
• Strategic thinker who prioritises impact over activity.
• Comfortable working autonomously with creativity and thoughtfulness.
