About the role

Do you get a buzz from filling roles and delivering results? We're looking for a driven and proactive Talent Resourcing Partner with recruitment experience to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery and fulfilment from briefing through to hire.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract vacancies and drive recruitment activity to achieve successful outcomes.
• Directly source candidates through a variety of attraction channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support contingent workforce and contractor recruitment activity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insight.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure quality shortlists.
• Manage the candidate journey from application through to onboarding.
• Work with suppliers and recruitment partners to meet agreed service levels.
• Support recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an MSP, agency, or in‑house environment.
• Experience recruiting contractors, contingent workers, or project‑based resources is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of direct sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction strategies.
• Exposure to technology, digital, or project‑related recruitment is beneficial.
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Delivery‑focused mindset with determination to make things happen.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and hold DV clearance.
