Teacher – SEND (Autism & SEMH)

About the role
Join the Witherslack Group as a Teacher at the brand‑new Bowersgate School in Manchester. You will work with children and young people aged 6‑16 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them achieve daily victories and long‑term progress.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with diverse SEND needs.
- Support pupils in developing academic skills, confidence and self‑esteem.
- Collaborate with in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.
- Monitor individual pupil progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to create a supportive learning environment.
Required profile
