About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students in Liverpool and Sefton. The role involves working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping teachers deliver lessons and supporting individual learners to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to improve attainment.
- Support classroom management and behaviour interventions.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Passion for supporting learning and student progress.
