About the role
The Team Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team. Acting as a central point of contact, the role coordinates communication, schedules, and logistics while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and calls to ensure efficient information flow.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, workshops, offsites, and stakeholder visits.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries and support visa applications.
- Support budget tracking, process expense reports, and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate departmental files, records, and confidential documentation.
- Handle Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, including system access requests and IT hardware ordering.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required profile
- Completed vocational training, further education, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative or team support role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP.
