About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Bexhill‑on‑Sea you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts while delivering the brand’s high standards of coffee and service. The role offers flexible scheduling across 20‑30 hours per week and includes permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas to maintain service quality.
• Motivate the team, fostering a positive and energetic environment.
• Uphold Costa’s standards for coffee preparation and customer service.
• Monitor resources, manage stock and handle cash responsibly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Energetic, confident and able to lead others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
